Does anyone know what this means ?

We are looking to buy a new car and we have seen 1 with states 2007 (z1) can anyone please enlighten us on what this means ?

    Only thing I can think of its a NI car and the dealert has just slapped 2007 on it so people can see how old it is, rather than ABC 1234 that they normally have...
