need advice ASAP!!!!

ok so the laptop never showed, i gave them benefit of the doubt and was about to open.dispute today in case it showed, however logging onto my ebay i have an MC015 message from ebay telling me that the listing has been removed and that if i havent received item to open dispute via ebay resolution.

Do i open in ebay or via paypal? Got told on here other day that ebays aint that good, that paypal are better. Sorry for the question, but i wanna ensure i get my money back asap!! X

  • Pc slowly warming up lol, hes now naru, will that help my case quicker? Jeez im normally brill on ebay but saw this with 2 mins to go n checked it had spec i wanted and bid, dint look at their feedback or owt! Impulse buy! Xx
  • ok, dispute open in paypal, it said as i was in process of opening it that the seller was unable to respond, and so took me to escalate to claim straight away, which i did. it then says that they have requested more info from the seller and that they have until the 24th to respond!!! but they know he cant respond, so will paypal when they look and see the claim on their system automatically refund me.
    Really hope they send their heavys round to the guy as he was such a BEEP BEEP!!!! he musta had about £500+ outta the fake sales, £95 of that was mine AND I WANT IT BACK.
