Ordered Sat night paid by paypal. Just cancelled and refunded. OOS alledgedly!

I made four orders, one with express delivery which has just turned up and the other three with normal delivery just been refunded. Not impressed with their customer services, just refunded through paypal no email from evans.

My order has been cancelled too. I do the resent the untruthful 'out of stock' email. Surely they should just tell the truth, i.e. we made a mistake when applying a discount?

only found out my order-which had £34 of goods on top of the discount ordered, has been cancelled by checking the track your order link! No email,no nothing! Very poor communication from Evans,but their loss as i will order elsewhere now.:(

I ordered one pair of leggings (£19.50, paid £4 for normal delivery - silly me!) on Saturday night; had an email saying it was being 'picked', then one saying 'packed', now just got the OOS email. No refund to my Visa debit card yet. Oh well, was worth a shot!! (Here endeth my very first post; just discovered this site 4 weeks before moving home to Australia... )
