Creative Zen Vision M - help needed

Hello all -

I've bought my son a Zen Vision M for Christmas and am busy trying to fill it up with interesting music, films etc before I give it to him.

I've managed to put lots of stuff onto it, but don't seem to be able to reorganise it once it's on there. I need to move stuff around from the original folders I put it into. I'm using the Zen Vision Creative Media Explorer that came with the machine and you're supposed to be able to drag-and-drop files to move them around (like you do in Word etc). However, whenever I try this I just get a circle with a line through it and it won't let me move anything anywhere.

There's probably some really obvious that I'm overlooking, but any advice will be gratefully received.

I really want to get this sorted out now - it's taken me days to work out how to transfer stuff and now this!

Thanks.
