Advice re parking ticket

You would also need a map of the property showing where the boundary lines were if the OP had parked off the road because if they had parked within that boundary, then the private company do have the right.

Same as Wig, don't do anything. PPC's can't issue Penalty Charge Notices. Only people and traffic wardens appointed by the Council can. What you got is an invoice not a PCN.
