I notice you've posted details of this comp on one of the other boards, not the competition one so not sure if the board guides will move it or if you need to post it as a new thread on here.

you'll need to put a guessed end date as the T&Cs don't state one but as the holiday has to be taken between 1st June & 20th December 2011 I imagine the comp probably ends on the 31st May so you need to head the comp E: 31/05 then the prize details
