Please can someone tell me how I can find out if my PC has fireware for a mini dv camcorder I want to buy.
Icant see if the socket is on the hard drive or not.It is a Medion PC MT6

Start, Settings, Network Connections. Do you have a 1394 Connection? If so that is your firewire port.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Yes it says 1394 connection but where will I plug in the cable, or am I more clueless than I thought?0 -
