Hi all Techies out there!!!
My Lappie has decided that it will no longer play DVD's. I have 3 different programmes on my lappie for playing them, and slowly one by one they have stopped working (Windows, Nero and WinDVD).
Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem, it is handy when we have power cuts and holidays!!!
Looking forward to your ever impressive suggestions
Donna

Can you see the contents of the disc in My Computer?Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.
After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.
Next, download, install and run HijackThis and use the Quick Start guide to enable you to produce a log for posting here too.
Once you have the All Clear...
You can install VLC Player and try playing the disc again.0
