£600 to replace 10mm copper pipes with 15mm pipes - Is this reasonable?

Hi,
I have just had a quote to replace the old 10mm copper plumbing pipes with 15mm plastic modern pipes throughout the whole house.
The property is a 3 bedroom semi detached.
Is £600 reasonable for this?
