When you talk about a breeding contract, do you mean having a !!!!! on 'breeders terms' or just having endorsements put in place?£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019

Imposed breeding restictions, for a male dog0

Was there a contract signed for the dog at time of purchase, acknowledging that the endorsements were in place? If not, then the endorsements aren't legally binding and the Kennel Club should be able to remove them.
From a legal point of view, it would depend on whether you bought the dog in or bred him initially as to what you can do. If this concerns a puppy that you bred and put breeding endorsements in place and the new owners have used him for breeding, then there isn't much you can do as the view will be that he belongs to them. If this is a puppy that you have bought in, you can ask the breeder to lift them subject to satisfactory health testing results etc but it will depend on the wording of the contract. If it states that the puppy is endorsed and that is that, then again there is not much you can do. If it states that the breeder may lift the endorsements at their discretion and they are being difficult about it then if you wanted to go down the legal route, your argument would have to be for unfair contract terms or something along those lines.£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019
