I am planning to go to Fance and Italy during summer. I am taking my mum with me who will be coming from Asia.
Would it be cheaper to buy a EURAIL for her ? As far as I'm aware, EURAIL is only for non-european residents. I am a UK resident. Is there also something of the same sort that I can use. IS that what is called an Interrail ?
Thanks for the info in advance.

http://www.raileurope.com/us/index.htm is NOT the Eurail website, but an American site which charges an arm and a leg for European train travel.
http://www.eurorail.com/ is the official Eurail site for passes for non-European residents
PS the best site for train information is http://www.seat61.com/0 -
Thanks both. But how about for European residents ?? Oh, I think i found the answer at seat61....thanks again.....0

Interrail is the service for EU residents, Eurail is the service for non-EU residents. Both do passes0
