Hi just got back from Oldham Huddersfield Rd store....finest malbec 18.7cl has sel as 4 for £5 but this does not come off at checkout.....delightfully trotted to cs to get my refund and was delighted to be paid £1.45 by Tesco to take my wine away!!!! I cannot remeber which post it was but someone has put this happened to them earlier in the thread.

I bought 2 x jacobs, 2 x gallo and 4 finest....only 1 x £4.16 came off when it should have been 2 x £4.16 so dtd back £8.32....obviously the more you buy the more profit you will make but as i only use red and white to cook with and have 24 blossom hill rose i've left plenty on the shelf. Hope that makes sense.xx

    Hey Everyone,

Just bought another 8 bottles for £5.80 ish. Wanted to get a couple of bottles of Malbec and something else (can't remember the name), but didn't want to risk it as they have no price tags on the shelf, so if the deal didn't go through I wouldn't have a leg to stand on at CS.

Taking my mum to get some of her own later, as she will only steal mine otherwise, lol!

I bought 4 bottles at £2.49 and 12 at £2.29 costing a total of £37.44 at the full price.Discounts at the till totalled £33.25 meaning they cost me £4.19 in total or 26p each.I found this mind boggling and will have to return tomorrow
has anyone tried this today? i am patiently waiting a delivery between 3pm and 5pm to see if it works ;-):rotfl:

Ooh I do like a bit of Bucks Fizz. My local Metro Store (London) doesn't even have the minis so this may be a better (and less alchololic) option.

    Thanks OP! And Teabag.

Today I bought 4 gallo red, 1 last jacobs creek cab/shiraz, 1 white zinfandel and 2 tesco finest malbec, all definately marked in yellow labels as 4 for £5. This gave me discount on my receipt of £4.36 on the 4 for £5 and £4.63 on the 25% off.
Reading through earlier posts I thought the finest wasn't included and my discount didn't look quite right took it to customer services.
This is definately right as he checked all the wines and the finest malbec wasn't included. Recieved a DTD refund of £8.32.
