Bank Acct hacked????

Got a call from my bank today advising of unauthorised transfers/transactions and they have done it through my web account cos it was an online only account the money came from.
What should I do, will I tell the bank to give me new cards?
I'll never use online banking again, it was handy but I've lost all faith.
Any idea what happens from here? They said they'll investigate, is there likely to be much justice? It's probabaly all done via dodgy accounts. They said it was a Lloyds acct the transfers were made to, but thats all they know.
Got an appointment with bank, what questions should I ask?
Feeling very vunerable, can't believe someone can just lift money outta your account like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

If it's an online only account then you obviously don't have any cards ... so you can't request replacements.I'll never use online banking again, it was handy but I've lost all faith.
Don't let this one bad experience put you off.
Statistically, your exposure to fraud is far greater by having a debit card, credit card or cheque book. Online banking is very safe.Any idea what happens from here? Chances are that they'll just refund the money.
I know someone who was a victim of a phishing scam at Halifax - they replied to one of these 'reset your internet banking' emails, and £5k was transferred to an account elsewhere. Within 48 hours of reporting it to Halifax, they had the money back in full.Got an appointment with bank, what questions should I ask?
I would personally just want them to confirm that the transaction was initiated by internet banking, and confirm that my login details have since been reset.
I'm quite nosey as well, so I'd ask if the person who I am speaking to knows what country the hacker was from.
Seriously though, you will get every penny back. Don't worry about it, and don't worry about continuing to use online banking. (Just run a full virus scan and change your passwords!)0
