IS BG Essentials Care Tariff any cheaper?

I am currently on Click 6 dual fuel with British Gas, but have been informed this is due to end.
Having spoke to them about the best package, was looking at Online Saver 4 and Websaver11, I was told I could go onto the EssentialsCare tarrif due to disability and low income.
Does anyone know what the rates for this tariff are as I can't find them listed and is it cheaper than the Saver4 and Websaver11?

I would prefer to stay with BG because I use their Energy Extra 50, which costs £3 per month and then is £99 if needed for a breakdown, with same ore next day service.

The Essentials tariff has a 10% reduction from the standard tariff for gas and an 18% reduction for the Electric. Check out how much savings the other tariffs give on the BG website.

I haven't checked so any ideas why this is showing as cheaper, than WS11, on comparison sites?

    I thought WS11 was a 6% reduction against tariff.

I am obviously missing something big here.

    Thanks for the information.

This is a special tarrif for the disabled or elderly on very low income, receiving income based benefits.

Is the EssentialsCare tarrif different to essential tariff or the same?

If its the same then dont forget past 2 years Bg have given a £50 rebate during or after Winter. Okay not much compared with over 1k a year for utilities but something to bare in mind. Its not guaranteed to always be there

You can also get discount if you opt for energysmart £30 per fuel paid on 13th month

Plus nectar points on most if not all tarrifs

Can you get energysmart as well as Essentials Care Tariff?
I read about the £50 rebate, but will have to wait and see if they do it again next year.

EON have given all their Staywarm customers £130 back this year, my Mum got an unexpected cheque a few weeks ago, so much better than BG.
