Is bankrupcy worse tho? & would we need to tell our Landlords? I'm worried they may throw us out with a baby if so

You really need to discuss all 3 with some one like the CCCS as the what to do will depend on your personal circumstances, the key things you need to know is what your assets are, how much you will have available to pay to your creditors each month and the make up and level of your debts. Those are the things you need to work out,

If you have specific questions about how things will be treated in any of the 3 we can answer those but we cant tell you which route to take you need to make that decision your self

If you ask a question try and give as much info as possible eg if asking about a vehicle, is it on finance, how much is it worth what do you useit for (or will be using it for) etc
