hi, i ordered this deal ( well the one before it instead it had gow instead of vegas) on the 3rd of dec. but the order is still "proccesing" on the website. its been over a week now and it hasnt changed and i cant get though to gamestation on the phone as its always engaged.

what should i do?

Cancel it and buy it in store - i did.

hi thanks for the reply. actually i phoned them last week(they picked up, wow) and they said i should get it early this week.

I cant cancel the order cos i cannot get through to them, its always engaged.

Agreed, website is rubbish! I had an order placed, they never even bothered to contact me to let me know they were out of stock :mad: I had to chase them up, not very helpful customer service at all not interested and couldn't offer any alternatives.

Maybe go in store, ask to purchase but explain you ordered online and that order is still showing 'processing' but you can't get through to customer services to cancel it, I'm pretty sure they'll call and get through to someone in order to cancel it for you?

i assumed they would say the same thing. Well anyway, at around 4:30pm today i rang and i actually got through. Rang about 10 times though. The guy said the other should be with me by Friday or early next week. Heh. We will see.
