Well done. You've shouted loudly, you've had a rant, you've used capital letters, you're told us you're shocked that everyone doesn't abide by your rules, and you've refused to accept any counter argument to your (in my opinion) Draconian parental polocies. I hope you feel better getting it out. Moreover you've hijacked this thread for your own soapbox so my advice would be to take it somewhere else.
We are on a public forum where people give advice. Sixer is giving her advice - good advice imo, to help children become financially savvy and to work to increase their finances.
Ask the people on the debt free wannabe boards, or those that are reliant on welfare payments to live/top up their wages, how happy they are. Would any parent want that way of life for their child?RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
