    Neither a nwnf solicitor nor insurance "legal expense" will take on your case unless they think you are likely to win.

    Sums it up nicely, with the added bonus that if you have a good case (and even more so if it includes PI) then the nwnf lot will give you a couple of hundred quid "introduction" fee.

    always better to have that in your pocket rather than in the pocket of your insurance or legal cover company
