:money:This company has scammed an elderly relative with a ppi claim.they charged 11o% of monies recieved for successful claim against bank.do not use this company.TO CLAIFY,EASY TO CLAIM UK BRIDGEND SOUTH WALES.

    Did you expect the company would do the work for nothing? If it was 11% commission then that wasn't unreasonable, but your post says "11o%", so if you meant 110%, then I would agree that is a scam.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    Easy to Claim UK appear to be a PI claim company, not PPI. Is this the correct company?

    YES DMG24 THEY DO PI AS WELL.THEY COLD CALLED MY NAN SUGGESTING A CLAIM FOR ANYTHING,SETTLED ON PPI AGAINST HER BANK,CLAIM WAS SUCCESSFUL.EASY TO CLAIM UK THEN DEMANDED MORE THAN SHE GOT BACK FROM HER BANK.THIS LED TO A DISPUTE WHICH HAS RESULTED IN A CCJ BEING ISSUED AGAINST HER.:mad:

    I presume that she was issued a small claims against her which she did not fight hence the judgement by default. Not sure what effect a ccj will have on an elderly person, not very likely to want a mortgage etc is she. Hopefully someone will advise if its possible to get a small claim overturned and restarted. Should have been an easy win with unfair terms.

    Which easy claim co is it? one says there is no fee and another says 25%?

    This is the company, peter,the ccj is now in the hands of a solicitor,so hopefully will be resolved very quickly.;)

    I thought it was, the web site is pants. Maybe wise to clarify the title of the thread as there is a reputable company of a very similar name.
