I was wondering if anyone has an idea how long it takes for the card and pin to come in post after applying for a citibank account online. Is it faster if the application is done from a branch.

When did you apply for the account. Just talked to a customer rep on the chat and they are saying 2 weeks + 5 days for the pin and card to arrive.0
