People fail to indicate at roundabouts?

Same reason they indicate to travel straight on.
Some indicate left some right... Pot luck where they are actually planning on going.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I saw a BMW today with indicators that worked , I was really shocked, never seen that before...;)C.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z # 40 spanner supervisor. No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thought.Only after the last tree has been cut down. I don't always indicate, sometimes its clear where I'm going, IE in the right hand lane, its clear that I'm going all the way round and not straight over or the first exit.
You don't need to indicate, only if it benefits to other people. What is pi? Where did it come from?0 -
..... sometimes its clear where I'm going ........
Clear to you maybe, but what about everyone else?
Just because you're in a right hand lane doesn't necessarily mean you are going right. People get in the wrong lanes, sometimes by accident other times deliberately (see another current thread on here).
Is it really too difficult to move that one finger an inch or so to flick a switch? If it is, then maybe you shouldn't be driving a vehicle?0 -
The ones I really don't like are those who come into view on the roundabout signalling they are going to turn left into the road I'm waiting in - then carry on and take the next left0

what gets my goat, is the ones who get in the right hand lane at roundabouts and indicate right then go straight accross indicating left as they exit and cut you up exiting in the inside lane.0

Don't get me started on this....

They havent been taught what the 2 storks are for that stick out of the steering column
why do drivers tail gate ?
why do drivers not move into the left lane(thats clear and only doing 60mph) on a motorway ?0 -
Roundabouts in general - the number of drivers I see who automatically stop at a roundabout irrespective of whether it's clear or not amazes me, and it doesn't matter on the size of roundabout from the huge to mini-mini roundabouts, it's the same everytime
Sometimes I can be a couple of cars back & can see the roundabout is completely clear yet still they come to a complete standstill, wait a few seconds (if I'm lucky) and then pull off.
Not only that but people who pull onto a roundabout and then almost come to a halt because they are changing from 1st to 2nd gear :eek: Why does that cause them to slow right down?0 -
This roundabout
Heading from the east and going straight on there are two lanes. The roundabout has two exits, each of which is one lane. One exit is at the 9 o'clock position and the other is at the 1 o'clock position.
Everybody, I see using that roundabout queues in the left hand lane even if they are taking the second exit. The right hand lane is completely unused. Of course they also get really wound up if you use the right hand lane correctly.0
