can you claim jsa if you share a house with someone else who is also claiming jsa?

will this flag up when the newer claim goes through? as it will be under the same address?

You can as long as your not in a relationship with that person, though be prepared for them to possibly visit you to confirm this.

You can both claim contribution based JSA, but if either or both of you are only entitled to income based JSA then it will have to be a joint claim. This is if you are a couple.
