                    Hi all,
Just a question.
I have been on my overdraft limit for around 3 years, never been positive in my bank.
My question is what can i try and claim back for charges: example
unplanned overdraft chg £40
unplanned overdraft fees £60
returned DD chg £140
01 Dec 09RETURNED D/D CHG 60.00
01 Dec 09UNPLANNED O/D FEES CHG 36.00
01 Dec 09O/DRAFT INTEREST CHG 1.49
these have been regular charges, are these the ones i could claim on or is it just the charges for around £35 you can claim
Sorry to sound dumb
Thanks for any reply

There has been virtually no success with reclaiming bank charges since the court ruling - unless you are claiming under the financial hardship criteria and even then the banks have no obligation to actually refund and people seem to be getting a maximum of 6 months worth back. Also whichever route you try you can't reclaim interest charged on the account, only the default charges.0
