Bet365 Using Credit Card

Can someone help please
I made a transaction on the 15april2011 to bet365 for £200 using my credit card by mistake , i immediatley rang bet365 and asked them to refund the card as i had paid using my credit card instaed of my debit card, i was told they would refund the card straight away which failed to show on my credit card statement , i contaced them to ask why and was told they had refunded my card on the 17th april, what they actually did was send the refund to tescos bank accnt with a reference of my credit card details attached and to this day my card hasnt been refunded, i have asked bet365 to put a trace on the refund which has been completed and they told me the refund has been send and left there account, they told me its up to me to deal with it from now on and i said if they have given an instruction from there bank to tesco bank to refund my card then its up to them to handle it as there instruction hasnt been done AM I RIGHT? or can someone point me in the right direction please

thanks

What do Tesco bank say, sounds as though they should be able to sort it easily enough?

If it's left Bet365, you'll have to follow up with Tesco. The money must be in a suspense account, and can be easily traced and adjusted.

Correct, this is something that should take 1 phonecall and about 5 minutes of Tesco's time, and will be sorted.
