Scotland-max fence ht in back garden-retrospective planning

Can anyone help?

What are the chances of getting retrospective planning permission for a 6ft back garden fence in Scotland?

Do planning tend to be lenient?

One neighbour will complain as he can no longer look in my garden both others should be ok.

Fence has been up for one year.

I have done an extension, with permission. I need a lean to for the bins and kids bikes. I need pp for this as I have used up my permitted development rights

Why do you have to apply for pp now?
Has somoene made a complaint, or has it come up in a sellers survey?

My neighbour wanted a high fence, but once he found the wife didn't bite (or the dog :rotfl:) he changed his mind
All the houses round me have low fences- makes it safer as you can see anyone lurking at night

Don't see why you need permission.You can usually built a fence 2m high without needing permission.Why do you think you need permission?

It's different in Scotland, but it isn't always enforced
