PPI dont no where to start

I cant get my head around some of this and ive read the guide a few times, I ahve in the past tried to get ppi refunded but was refused so gave up however as I now it was miss sold I thought I might have another go but needed some help.

Im not sure of addresses or who to write to about the following:

1st Car loan through Ford dealership and with Ford Finance

2nd Car loan through Ford dealership with First National Finance

AA credit card, bank of scotland or RBS

AA bank loan, bank of scotland or RBS

Studio Cards

Marbles Credit Card
