Double Glazing Quote - Cheap or expensive?

Had a quote off Safestyle UK for two new windows - lounge and bedroom at front of terraced house (currently drafty wooden ones).
I am having white uPVC, w125cm x h170cm for lounge and w127cm x h170cm for bedroom. They are standard flat windows, with premium glazing (apparently 3 up from the cheapest).
I have been quoted £800 for supply and fit including VAT. This also includes a window survey that is £60 so actual windows were £740.
Is this expensive? If anyone is familiar with safestyle they are the windows with the diamond bevel that they're trying to flog at the monent.
Please give me your advice as this is an area I don't really know much about!
Thanks!

If there's anyone who knows about glazing - what would be the best type to block as much sound as possible? Seen different things like Pilkington Glass and other options in a drop-down menu on websites, what do these mean??
Can anyone advise? Dont want to spend money and it not be much better than it was before I started, already got double glazing but its wooden frames and they're a bit scabby now and windows a bit drafty.
Love Lifer I like wooden frames, but they dont seem to be as effective in sound proofing as PVC stuff. Have wooden now and they're quite inefficient

The deeper the cavity between the two panes of glass helps.0

£800 is probably slightly on the high side, but from recent experience, double glazing prices are remarkably fluid. It's worth getting a few more quotes from other companies, and then using the lowest quote you can bargain for to haggle with the company whose windows you liked best, people will come down a LOT just to make a sale.0

The glass you want in them is Pilkinton K glass, also you need an overall 'glass/cavity/glass' thickness of 24mm. Usually made up for 4mm glass-16mm cavity-4mm glass.
