Santander marked my friend as deceased instead of her husband. You can imagine the trouble that caused especially as while newly widowed she had to try and convince them that she was still alive and her husband wasn't.0

The lead complaint to the Sunday Times Money Section today concerns the ordeal of a 80 year old and Santander's over zealous and incompetent ID collection system.
There's a theme here isn't there?
