Britishbouquets.co.uk - WARNING!

I wanted to send something different to my Auntie for her birthday and admittedly left it a little late (ordering Friday 8am for delivery Saturday). However I've used websites in the past and I have always had next day delivery.
I ordered a fruit hamper from britishbouquets.co.uk for my Auntie and paid for before 1pm next day delivery (Saturday). Having now checked the terms and conditions I can see that they do not deliver on a weekend but this should have been clearly advertised whilst I was ordering.
My Auntie's hamper was then delivered on Monday afternoon and all the fruit, bar 2 apples and an orange, were shrivelled and inedible.
For £15 I wanted more than £1's worth of fruit!!!
Having complained by email I was asked to provide a photograph as evidence - my Auntie is eldery and does not have access to a camera and was far too embarrassed to call me about this and mentioned it to my Mother in passing. I have now gone back to the company stating I cannot provide evidence and await their reply. However having just done an internet search I can see they've got a bad reputation so don't hold out much hope of a refund!!!
