I don't know of any banks who are in the market to buy charges made by private individiduals or smaller entities.

If you want to dispose of it, you'd be more likley to be able to sell it to another private individual. The other option is firms who are involved in equity release or debt purchase. Again, don't know of any, as most of them look to buy portfolios of debts rather than singular ones.

I think it will be hard work to achieve, and if you find a buyer, I'd expect it to be at a discount to the face value of your debt.
