Warning about Very Promotional Codes

Following an email I received from Very, I placed an order worth over £60 in order to receive a £30 credit to my account. I have been in touch to ask when I should have the credit applied to my account and they have requested proof that I was targetted in the first place.
I received the code and placed the order on the 28th March 2011 and never expected to need the email again so it has been deleted.
This is a warning to you all, if you are sent a code and use it, SAVE THE EMAIL/LETTER.
I will not give up without a fight on this. If they do not honour the code I shall be voting with my feet.
