i placed an order with them recently after emailing first to check that the cd would DEFINITELY arrive before xmas as its a present for my boyfriend - sounds a bit cautious i know but after presents (which i paid extra delivery prices on so that they WOULD arrive on time) i ordered last year (from a different online company) DIDNT turn up until febuary i am ALWAYS a tad cautious!!!!! Anyway i digress... i emailed 101cd.com and they mailed back promising that they had cd in stock and it would be dispatched in next day or so. So i placed the order and then checked next day on order status only to find "this item is currently on order from our supplier" .......unsurprisingly i am VERY miffed so i mailed again to ask whats going on (and moan!!) They have mailed back to say "sorry but cd is unfortunately on order with supplier" blah blah - and they apparently have NO IDEA when they will receive it....possibly a few weeks!!!!!!!! i am FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I know i probably cant do anything (though they did say that money wont be taken out of my account til its dispatched) but i just HAD to gripe - sorry!!!
