After 2 years of trying to get the builders of my flat to do something about the terrible soundproofing i got in touch with the MD and he has agreed to action a sound test.This is great news but what is involved?.
I know they need access to the above flat but how do they take readings etc

Has nobody had a sound test done?,at the moment we can hear the smallest noise such as coat hangers being put in a wardrobe,will a sound test pick this up?0
