B7Q problems - Help please

Hi,
Can anyone let me know the Chief Exec of B&Q's Email please. They're ignoring my general emails and what's started as a small issue with tiles being broken has turned into a 6 week affair whereby the store do not return phone calls and my emails on the site are ignored.
Help would be appreciated.

I would stop emailing them completely. I would write a 'letter before action' (ie if you don't sort this within 14 days we will end up in court) to their head office. Letters are stills een as far more formal than emails. Make sure the letter is registered so that you have proof of receipt.

phone thier head office and ask for thier customer complaints section and tell them of your problem. Each store is measured on the number of head office complaints they receive and they deal with any that come through that route very quickly.
