I have literally just set up my new Office 2010, looks very good, some nice features in there......two things......
In the settings how do I configure it so it will only access/negotiate through a VPN to an exchange mailbox?
At the moment it will only work without VPN, switch it on and it loses itself
And two, underneath the message pane it shows the senders details and a box "see more about......". How do I stop people seeing more about me.....specifically all the tasks and mails I have flagged?

Normally with a VPN, the other end of the tunnel (in your case the mail server) is only visable when the VPN is active. So if it was off, you would get a 'not found' error, but would spring into life when the VPN is active. Are you saying that your mail server is visible both via the normal internet and the VPN.
Does the VPN work ok for other services such as file/folder access.0 -
At the moment with VPN off it goes to the mailbox fine, switch it on and nothing....mailbox cannot connect....one guy reckons there is a setting in the mailbox that can make it either/or....but doesn't know what it is.
There are other websites that only open with VPN on, turn it off and the websites go dead.0
