Need to find an App Programmer

Following the Apprentice tonight, I have decided to try and actually get an App idea that I have had for a while created! Where might I find an App programmer to work with?

    App? For what device? What language? etc etc.

    Well not being techie I'm not 100% sure on the language, for iPhone/ iPad I believe it's Objective C, a superset of C. I would like a small amount of graphic design from basic instruction, and a database which returns results from a search word being input.

    Thanks! My idea is copyrighted and registered to my Company to protect it, but yes I AM being coy, and all necessary legal contracts will be in place before any information is given!
