Oh what am I to do?

Running Windows 7 Professional on my laptop and this windows update keeps failing. What can I do to get it to update?

I've tried manualling installing it and it still fails.....
I've tried the windows update fixer and it still fails .....

When I check windows update log I get the following error code 80070643

Does it have something to do with the fact I don't have Powerpoint 2007 installed? I have Office 2003 installed.
Banana Lovers
Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

Having same problem with update KB2535818. Thinking I don't even need or want the update as running Office 2010 on Windows 7 Home Premium, but the update is always there and won't go away. Tried everything on MS Help and no change.....help!

If you run windows update, scan for updates, click to view the updates, left click the KB253818 one, then right click it to get the option to hide update
