Default notice?

Just starting our 3rd year of IVA - hubby received a bonus last year that he didn't tell them about within the given time scale - we did pay it in but late - we have received a letter from the IP (CCCS ) thanking us for the additional sum but enclosing a 'default notification' advising as we had paid no further action.

Are there any implications for us over this? Does anyone understand what this means?

Thankyou

Prob just issuing the notice to cover themselves....if you default 3 times then its possible your IVA may fail.

If you keep paying on time in the future then you wont have anything to worry about, it may get a mention at the annual review but thats about it.

What does that mean - to make sure future action is easier.. does that mean that they will close the account?

What i said earlier, if you defaulr a number of times then they can fail the iva.

I wouldnt worry about it unless you default again.
