  • Hi everyone, Just to let you know my Tribunal was last week and I have just had notification that I was successful. I represented myself as no one could take my case on due to lack of resources and I put all of the advice I received on this site to good use and I cannot thank you all enough.
I changed my Gp as well so hopefully I will now get the care I need.
Once again thanks to everyone and goodluck to you all.

I just read all this thread (I don't claim or have any disability in any way, but saw your thread and was curious) I am really pleased for you!

    Congratulations!

Best thing you did was change your GP, been there and done that myself!
  • Well done Davey Boy! Very pleased for you! How long did you get it awarded for?

Thanks for the kind posts everyone.
my award is until 2013. I think DLA is changing then so that's maybe that's the reason it ends then.
I think the change of gp was a good decision as they listen now and my care seems to have improved for my diabetes anyway
