Hi everyone, Just to let you know my Tribunal was last week and I have just had notification that I was successful. I represented myself as no one could take my case on due to lack of resources and I put all of the advice I received on this site to good use and I cannot thank you all enough.
I changed my Gp as well so hopefully I will now get the care I need.
Once again thanks to everyone and goodluck to you all.0 -

I just read all this thread (I don't claim or have any disability in any way, but saw your thread and was curious) I am really pleased for you!
Congratulations!
Best thing you did was change your GP, been there and done that myself!0 -
Well done Davey Boy! Very pleased for you! How long did you get it awarded for?0

Well done, according to the dwp it seems no one should get DLA !0

Thanks for the kind posts everyone.
my award is until 2013. I think DLA is changing then so that's maybe that's the reason it ends then.
I think the change of gp was a good decision as they listen now and my care seems to have improved for my diabetes anyway0 -
