USB Digital soundcard?

I'm looking for a USB digital soundcard that outputs 5.1 in a digital format to go into my amp. Either coaxial or toslink.
I've seen a couple of cheapies on Ebay, but they only output stereo in digital.
Any one know if they exist?

Hi. Yes, Creative do one and it is THX Certified. Has phono, 3 3.5mm stereo jacks to drive 5 speakers plus optical.
