The 'petition' could have countless false entries on it, how can you ensure that they are genuine individuals who have a legitimate grievance and secondly, other than an IP address to identify, the same people could post again and again. That's not always particular to you though as any type of petition (online or not) is open to abuse.

Who or what are ISIS?

Although they are part of DSG they are a French registered company who turn over millions around the world.

I can't comment about service as I've had no problems with them after quite a few orders but I do live in their home country and can visit their office if needs be and shout at them.

However, I know others have had problems but what e-tailer doesn't have these days? They are all named on here if you search long enough.

The best way to deal with this if you have exhausted all avenues of complaint (another thread on here suggests e-mailing the CEO of DSG) is credit card chargeback, if applicable, and vote with your feet.
