Glad you are happy. How are you feeling with the self harm. Have you stopped? I do hope so. I am intelligent in some ways but not v grown up in others. I have very little self worth and feel down a lot. I can't like myself as i think i am a failure, I wish i could make it stop but it is always there. It is ok Steve, Andy, Bournemouth andy, Glenys, Janet, crafti, Rose, Susan, Beanie, Aesop, Froogs, SA, all my schoolfriends and my parents love me so i am learning to cope. It is hard though. wish it would stop but dont know how.

Any tips?

And got rid of the pills I was saving as well.

Have you done your housework Aesop? I will do mine tomorrow. I am going to put pjs on and have a cup of tea. I had a sausage roll on the way home and a bag of crisps. Bought loads of frozen things from Mr Ts.
