Morning all. Hello Maltesa dunderhead here reporting for duty.

OMG I went crackers last night. Steve and Andy rang and couldn't stop laughing when i told them what an ar5e i was last night. I was so scared you would all hate me. I personalise everything. Dont know if my sugars were mad I was. I had a dream that work wanted me to run a 13 mile half marathon. I get tired after an hours walk. I was just as panicked in my sleep. I am so sorry to be a pain.

I will be good and calm. Bloody scared i am going nuts. The dr always says i am sane but is he pretending? How paranoid am i? I am not seeing nooses everywhere any more i did when i was really ill but it is scary. I am like that hysterical chicken and i can't stop. I wont be going on many threads till i stop all this stupid panicking. Please let it stop. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do? They wanted me to carry on with the CBTherapy but i ended it after one year in April i think. She said i would have to come back when i was ready again but the travelling is really tiring. I have taken on extra work this year i really can't do it. My boss would go mad and i am scared too.

Ps i was so good yesterday i bought loads of figs from the market, and nice fruit and did a food shop at Mr T's. I only spent about £10 for the week's groceries.

No I`ve not lost the plot today...the waving santas are intentional as I am getting motivated to list on ebay to make some Xmas pennies for some nice pressies. Free listing today and I have challenged myself to make £100 this week...wish me luck guys.

I am helping brother defrost the freezer as it has not been done for 2 years. I went online for 10 mins but the connection failed so i gave up and will not be online till tonight. I am staying at my sister's tonight and taking them to the ferry at 4 before going to see her mam who was not good at lunchtime - so I will not be online till late tonight.
