    Long time no hear, I have been away for far too long.

    3dogs, how is your mum doing, hope she is ok.

    Hovel lady, don't worry about the 20 questions, SW never forgets, she grilled me with 20 questions when I first came on here. So make sure you get thinking about your answers, it is like being on mastermind.

    That is so contradictory in terms. You feel the way you feel because of the illness, give yourself a break. Perhaps it is time to start a gratitude diary? And why not ask your best friends give you each couple of things they like about you, you could collect these into a collection with pretty pictures on your wall and look at it every time you feel like this.
