    Here I is Kit - Mam not too good today - she had been shouting deleriously this afternoon, distressing herself, so they gave her one of those calming tablets again well 1/2 a Lorazipam but it hadn't worked yet when I got there at 4.30 pm. She eventually settled anough to eat her meal and pud, but was choking on her tea and juice :( Can only hope that it started to work and she got to sleep after I left
