Tea probably, no TV. Loud music helps (on headphones - don't worry about the neighbours).

I am going to have to go as dr's want me to do tests first thing and if i am up to late they will squish me!!!
I am going to put the number of the samaritans up again. My friend was a volunteer for them and I know they do fantastic work. They have helped lots of my students when they needed help too.
The price of a phonecall is far less than the damage you can cause yourself.If you want to hurt yourself make the call you are precious to us ok.
