I used to say 'if only I could flick a switch and stick to plan' but the consulant at the classes I went to up North said she had made the commitment to stick to plan and flicked that switch herself - so we are doing the flicking of that switch ourselves - don't know how long it will last but we plan to keep it on 'being good' and not let it slep back round to 'naughty'

We had our weetab!x, moolerlight and strawberries/banana this morning, then 2 crispbakes (1 1/2 syns each - round sort of crispbreads) with 28 gms cheddar and a pear when we got back in at lunchtime. Mid afternoon we had a cornetto en!gma (mini cornetto) which is 8 1/2 syns, and for our tea, we had white fish, S/world chips, and lots of cauli, peas, sweetcorn, green beans

All i've done this afternoon is slept as the weekend away has caught up with me.

Indeed Susan, But we all had a fantastic time at Kits & lots of food to eat & the chocs..

Wonder how many packs of crisps are left at Kits? :eek:

Yes, a fantastic time was had by all :j :j but I'll bet that Kit doesn't have many of those 52 packets of crisps left - yes folks, she had got 52 bags of crisps in for us coming - 52 bags for 6 people :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

oh well cant have everything
no work , being paid to stay at home and not using sick days how good can it get?:j:j:j:j:j:j
