Morning all. Howdy Aesop. What a glorious day. I have the day off but am going in to teach a revision session tonight. I will tidy and mark and chill. What are you doing for the rest of the day?

We didn't go in the shop with her - well, except Andy, who went in to make sure she didn't get up to anything she shouldn't - not that this worked, well you know Kit don't you?

Afternoon gang - we got up early to go to our slimming club for 9.30 am and have just got back half an hour ago. Having missed class last week, and eating like a horse for 2 weeks do horses eat chocolate and ice cream non-stop? I have put on 7 (yes seven) lbs :o Mr 3Dogs, having not weighed in for 3 weeks, had gained 6 1/2 lbs :o I got a gorgeous bunch of flowers from our consultant to welcome me back and to support me, which was lovely :j

So we are both now back on plan - TOTALLY BACK ON PLAN

No more chocolate, unless a small amount and we count the syns, and no cheating. We have both set ourselves a target for this week - I want to lose at least 1 1/2 lbs this week to get back to a loss of 4 stones, but any more would be a bonus. Mr 3Dogs wants to lose 4 lbs to get back under 16 stone. We both know that we can do it and we have turned that motivation switch firmly on and locked it there ;)

Luckily, all the Easter Eggs are gone, and the lemon drizzle cake which Andy baked for us - we cleared it all last night - hard work but it had to be done :p We are stocked up with moolerlight yoghurts, weetab!x, melon (thank you Kit), strawberries, apples, pears, and have a freezer full of chicken, lamb, pork, salmon, white fish fillets, and loads of veg, so we have no excuses not to follow the plan :D:D

Hope everyone is OK today and feeling HAPPY :j :j
