CBT thoughts are too much like hard work sometimes. It's rather very difficult to learn yourself a whole new way of behaving when you've behaved in a certain type of way all your life. Jeepers creepers. Eat the orange and hopefully you'll get a squirter that dribbles down your PJ's and makes you giggle. That's the bestest ever medicine that is. A good laugh!
