I hope you all have a nice day, even though the weather is not great where I am. It really effects my mood I don't know about yourselves.

Hello dearest Marru can i rescue you? (I am a midget without a horse still my heart is in the right place).

Maid Marru put your CV down and do some crossstitch and have a cup of tea ok. (pretend i am a member of royalty ok???)

I have had a rubbish 24 hours you know when you get down and you think negative nonsense and create even more of a pickle than the one that you were worried about in the first place? I think i am getting better now. Everyone has been very kind and i am sorry for being an idiot.

Beanie I prayed for your son I hope it will be ok tomorrow. Can he ring them? usually the phones are very busy.

I have started on the ADs. I am sure i am supposed to be thinking cognitive behavioural therapy thoughts but am B*****ed if i know what to do!!!! I am going to eat an orange and watch Poirot. I do like that programme. He is always correct. I wish i was!!!

  • CBT thoughts are too much like hard work sometimes. It's rather very difficult to learn yourself a whole new way of behaving when you've behaved in a certain type of way all your life. Jeepers creepers. Eat the orange and hopefully you'll get a squirter that dribbles down your PJ's and makes you giggle. That's the bestest ever medicine that is. A good laugh! :)
