I just feel huge Beanie. I think it is because i am so tired and can't do any exercise or walking as i will zonk out. I know it will go soon.

Since when are you fat? You are not at all.

This being overweight malarkey I wonder if it is all just in our minds? My dr used to worry i was underweight but he says i am healthy now. I never ever believed him. I suppose he is right but it just feels weird.

I think being overweight is not a state of mind, but also about the effect it has on your health and your organs.

I know I am on the verge of diabetes, therefore I need to lose weight.

My mum got diabetes very late in life, and she was getting bigger and bigger. There is my reason to lose weight.

I have had to follow a really strict diet all my life with the stoopid diabetes and despite this I was still ill as blood sugars go crackers when i am stressed (usually at the drop of a hat) ! So i gave up from my late thirties to my 40th. Maybe now i can force myself to eat healthily too. I hate eating. It is such a chore. Every bloody 3 hours. (yes i know people are starving but most of the time i hate it).

I still cant get my head round it. I have a house full of fruit and freezer full of veg - i have been eating pies (ready made) which are the carbs I must have but I have not really been eating the fruit or veg. That changes tonight.

New me. (how many times have we heard this before???)

Anyway shuttup kit, did you have a good day with DS? what did you do? I was supposed to be filing after about 30 mins i fell asleep. Genuine tiredness. Fell asleep on the sofa in lounge last night, (will be in my comfy bed tonight ) and slept through the night which is good news.

Blood sugars are amazing. Eating digestive biscuits and rich tea and no sweets is good. i must continue to be strict with myself.

went to friend's house, wish we hadn't gone. Her nephew came while we there, so the kid he was playing with, was more interested in the nephew. We had to tell him not to bring a toy into the room we were in, as it was scratching the floor, so he went back in the other room and started crying.

Then he was telling me off when I was trying to say bye to my friend.

He is not well and when he is like this, it is not good for him to be around other kids, as he cries at the drop of a pin.

Hi again - I've been to Mr T for a few things for Linda and then went round her's for our daily chat and cuppa ;) Mr 3Dogs had his dinner when he was down at car boot setting up for tomorrow, so I've just finished jacket potato, baked beans and lots of salad veg which was yummy. Mr 3Dogs is already in bed, as usual, and is still reading at the minute

I'm glad your sugars are good at the minute Kit, so keep up the good work on the eating. Sorry little one is off colour Aesop, and that your visit to friend's didn't go well today
